FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to separation of blood and body fluid. In compliance with first version, proposed set is mounted in centrifugal separator to separate whole blood into blood cell components forming the layers of haematocytes, RBC, and blood plasma components forming plasma layer with high content of thrombocytes, PRP, and PPP-plasma layer, thrombocyte-depleted. Besides, said set comprises centrifugal separation tube with stopped bottom part and open top part and top part cap. Set tube comprises sampling element arranged there inside and provided and sampling tube. Said centrifugal separation tube is filled with preset amount of gel for cells isolation. Note here that said sampling element is arranged so that its bottom section has space corresponding to the sum of volumes of whole blood haematocytes, RJBC, separated by centrifugation and cell isolation gel. In compliance with second version, centrifugal separation tube has connector fitted on its bottom part and having tubular part for insert communicated with its inner space. Note here that said tube has open top part and bottom cap fitted on tube connector and filled with preset amount of cell isolation gel. Bottom cap has fast extending upward to seal insert tubular part. Proposed centrifugal separation process comprises steps whereat centrifugal separation tube and injector are prepared, whole blood is taken using said injector. Then, said injector is fitted on said tube and placed at centrifugal separator to be activated to force blood plasma components into said injector. In compliance with second version, centrifugal separation process comprises steps whereat centrifugal separation tube and injector are prepared, whole blood is taken using said injector, and cap is fitted on centrifugal separation tube. Then, said injector is fitted on said tube and placed at centrifugal separator to be activated to force blood plasma components into said injector.EFFECT: higher efficiency, accelerated process.22 cl, 20 dwg |
