<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply system in which a cost is reduced, a capacity is reduced and a valve-open waiting time can be set appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: If pressure detected by a medium pressure sensor 132 is lower than shutoff pressure at the timing of starting the supply of fluid from a hydrogen tank 10, an ECU 170 of a fluid cell system 100 calculates a pressure equalization time from timing at which the opening of a pilot valve of a first shutoff valve 20 is completed to timing at which a main valve starts closing based on the in-tank pressure and the pressures detected by a high-pressure sensor 131 and the medium pressure sensor 132, sets a valve-open waiting time based on the pressure equalization time, and controls the opening of the first pressure reduction valve upon the elapse of the valve-open waiting time after controlling the opening of the first shutoff valve 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
