<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing compressed air where the purposed operation control of removing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is carried out and the running cost is reduced to a great extent with small initial cost, and to provide a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>removal apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>removal apparatus where compressed gas is alternatively supplied to two adsorption cylinders 10, 20 in which an adsorbent is filled to use the adsorption effect of the adsorbent, the adsorbent is regenerated by alternatively purging the compressed gas, and product gas whose CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration is adjusted is continuously obtained. The CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>removal apparatus includes: a dew point-measuring sensor 71 mounted to two adsorption cylinders 10, 20; a calculating device 81 for calculating the concentration of the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>which has a correlation with the measured dew point; one or a plurality of opening and shutting means 50, 32, 39 of an air passage which introduces the gas so that the time adjustment of the adsorption and purge processes and/or the adjustment of the purge ratio to the processing amount of the compressed gas is carried based on the calculated results; and a control device 82 for carrying out the control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
