<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound solar cell having high conversion efficiency and manufactured at low cost, and a manufacturing method of the same; and provide a compound solar cell module obtained by combination of a plurality of compound solar cells, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a compound solar cell comprises: forming a back electrode layer 2, a CIGS light-absorption layer 3, a buffer layer 4 composed of an oxide semiconductor and a surface electrode layer 5 composed of a conductive oxide on one surface of a long conductive base material 1; forming conductive metal layer patterns 6 on another surface of the long base material 1 on both edge parts in a longer direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
