<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of brazing aluminum material easier than ever in process control and capable of obtaining stable brazing quality. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of bonding a bonded member 4 consisting of an aluminum material by brazing with an Al-Si based brazing filler metal 3, silicon is left remaining on a bonded part surface 4a in a brazing heat treatment process by performing brazing with the Al-Si based brazing filler metal 3 by arranging a composition containing a silicon compound which is liquefied at normal temperature at least on the bonded part surface 4a of the bonded member 4 to improve the wettability of the brazing filler metal on a surface of the aluminum material when brazed to make useless the complicated process control induced by using powder flux, thereby obtaining the stable brazing quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
