<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To braze-bond a fin to a top plate or a bottom plate in a more reliable manner. <P>SOLUTION: Before braze-bonding, a top plate 28 is provided with a protrusion 29 which extends in the same direction as an extension direction of a bonding portion between a fin 32 and the top plate 28 so as to protrude toward a bottom plate 26. This facilitates relative positioning between the fin 32 and the top plate 28 when sandwiching the fin 32 between the bottom plate 26 and the top plate 28 during a manufacturing process of a cooling device 20. In addition, when the entire part is heated with a peripheral edge 27 of the bottom plate 26 and a peripheral edge 30 of the top plate 28 fixed in a state where the fin 32 is sandwiched between the bottom plate 26 and the top plate 28 via a brazing filler material 34, it is possible to prevent the top plate 28 and the fin 32 from being separated from each other, thereby braze-bonding the fin 32 to the top plate 28 or the bottom plate 26 in a more reliable manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
