<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the practicability of a wheel cap which is mounted to a vehicle wheel. <P>SOLUTION: A wheel cap includes: (a) a cap body 40; (b) an emblem member 42 which forms an emblem and is mounted on a front surface of the cap body 40; (c) and a background forming member 44 which is interposed between the cap body 40 and the emblem member 42 and forms the background of the emblem. An erected part 82 erected on the rear surface of the emblem member 42 penetrates the through-holes 90, 92 which are formed so as to penetrate the rear surface of the cap body 40 of the background forming member 44, and a tip 84 of the erected part 82 is locked to a portion on a rear surface side of the cap body 40 and mounted to the cap body 40.
