<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit in which a circuit area can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage generation circuit relating to one embodiment has a first booster circuit for generating a first voltage of a first voltage value, and a second booster circuit group including a plurality of second booster circuits for generating a second voltage of a second voltage value.
