<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoregular poly(2-substituted pyridine) having 98% or more stereoregularity, and a production method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A stereoregular poly(2-sbustituted pyridine) (P) is obtained by producing an isomeric intermediate (M) by mixing a 2-substituted pyridine (S) expressed by general formula (2) with an organic magnesium compound (T), then carrying out a polymerization reaction of the intermediate with addition of 1,3-diphenyl phosphinopropane nickel(II) chloride or 1,2-diphenyl phosphinoethane nickel(II) chloride as a nickel-based catalyst (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
