A method for splitting the thin full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-4 ratio of area increase comprises covering the donor area of the skin with thin layer of dermatome adhesive. Then autodermograft of the specified thickness is cut by pressing the dermatome and rotating the handle. The dermatome consists of half-cylinder, the operating surface of half-cylinder, the handle with the canal, the axis of frame, the flat knife installed on the frame. Upon rotation of the dermatome handle, autodermograft is cut and split to into epidermis-translocalizing autodermografts by adjusting the circular mechanism. |
