A method for predicting the consequences of the brain concussion provides for the immunological assays for detection of autoantibodies to neurospecific proteins in the blood of the patients, namely, the IgG autoantibodies against antigens of neurons (NF200), glial cells (GRAF), nerve fibers (MBP) and neurotransmitter receptors are assessed by solid immunoenzyme analysis allowing for early detection and monitoring of the pathological processes involving CNS.
