A pharmaceutical composition for treating the sexual dysfunction contains Dapoxetin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable ester, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient that is distinctive by the presence of Tadalafil or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable ester. In addition, the composition contains calcium phosphate dibasic. For manufacturing the said composition, Dapoxetin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable ester is used in powder form with particle size of 1-40 µm. Tadalafil or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable ester is used in powder form with particle size of 1-60 µm. |
