PURPOSE: An inversion phone charge calculating method is provided to reduce the inconvenience of direct manipulation by connecting a call with a basic phone or an alternative phone according to a calling condition. CONSTITUTION: A member management server of an alternative phone network confirms whether a receiver corresponding to receiver information included in a call connection request of a mobile phone of a caller joins in an alternative phone service(S102). If the receiver is a member of the alternative phone service, the member management server confirms a phone state of the receiver(S103). If the phone of the receiver is in an alternative phone waiting state, an alternative network exchanger connects a call of an alternative phone between the caller and the receiver(S104). Otherwise, the mobile phone switches and transmits a call connection request to a basic phone network(S105).
