PURPOSE: A fuel filter freeze prevention unit is provided to use a heating pad to surround a fuel filter unit for freeze prevention of the fuel filter and to protect the fuel filter unit from the outside by placing the fuel filter inside a separate case. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filter freeze prevention unit includes a case(10), a heating pad(20), and a connection unit(30). The case has an inner accommodation space unit(11), and a first and a second insertion unit(12). A fuel filter unit is built in the inner accommodation space unit. The first and the second insertion unit are formed on the inner accommodation space unit; and allow an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of the fuel filter unit to be inserted into, and to pass through the first and the second insertion unit. The heating pad has a cover unit(21) and a heating unit(22). The cover unit surrounds the fuel filter unit. The heating unit is built in the cover unit. The connection unit supplies power to the heating unit of the heating pad.
