SHORT CIRCUIT DETECTION SYSTEM OF METAL BASE

PURPOSE: A metal base short-circuit detection system of a shielding sheet lamination process is provided to minimize waste and loss of materials by stopping a manufacturing process of a shielding sheet by generating a conduction signal in case of a short-circuit of a metal base. CONSTITUTION: A metal base(120) is supplied to a sheet lamination unit(130) through a rewinder(110). The sheet lamination unit forms a shielding sheet(133) by laminating a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) tape(131) on the top and bottom of the metal base. A conductive ground plate(140) is installed in a lower part of the front of the sheet lamination unit. An adhesive is interposed between the metal base and the PET tape. A control unit(150) stops a manufacturing process of the shielding sheet in case of input of a conduction signal.
