TANTALUM CAPACITOR AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A tantalum capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to excellent an equivalent serial resistance by forming an epoxy resin layer between a chip sintered body and a cathode. CONSTITUTION: A chip sintered body(10) is formed by sintering tantalum powder. The chip sintered body is mounted on a cathode(13). An epoxy resin layer(11) is formed between the chip sintered body and cathode. The epoxy resin layer includes copper. An anode lead line(2) has an insertion region located inside of the chip sintered body and a non-insertion region located outside the chip sintered body. An anode(12) is bonded to the anode lead line.
