FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: in a roller rig for survey of a wheel-rail system an axis with rollers, with bearing supports and a controlled electric engine, is installed in a rail unit with the possibility of its rotation from hydraulic pulsators in the vertical plane and its rotation jointly with the rail unit from the hydraulic pulsator relative to the base in the horizontal plane with measurement by sensors of rotation angle and imitation of vertical and horizontal irregularities of the path and warp of the carriage trolley. To research the wheel set in the composition of the carriage trolley or in the composition of the vehicle, the adapter is equipped with mounting elements for fixation on basic surfaces of the transverse beam or frame of the carriage trolley of the vehicle. Vertical and horizontal hydraulic pulsators of the adapter are connected to the carriage fixed on the frame of the rail unit or the frame of the roller rig with the possibility of carriage reinstallation in the longitudinal and transverse directions relative to the axis of the roller for different types of carriage trolleys.EFFECT: increased validity of tests and efficiency of a bench, its functional capabilities expand.4 dwg |
