PURPOSE: In the high temperature, the output loss of the ultrasonic energy is reduced. The long lifetime is guaranteed. CONSTITUTION: A magnetostriction transducer comprises a magnetostriction core(20) and a wave guide pipe(30). The Fe-Co-V alloy plate material of 0.2~0.3mm thickness is manufactured after a high frequency melting, a hot rolling, a homogenization, a solution treatment, a cold rolling process. The Fe-Co-V alloy plate material cuts in the constant size. It is laminated. The surface of the Fe-Co-V alloy plate material is insulated, the magnetostriction core is manufactured. The magnetostriction core welds to the vacuum brazing method with the wave guide pipe. |
