PURPOSE: A burner device of an electric furnace is provided to rapidly melt an iron scrap inside the electric furnace by increasing the melting speed of the iron scrap and reduce the energy. CONSTITUTION: A burner device of an electric furnace comprises a burner housing(21), a flame unit(23), and a cylinder unit(30). The burner housing is installed to the wall(11) of the electric furnace and supplies a flame inside the electric furnace. The flame unit is equipped on the burner housing and includes one or more oxygen supply unit(25) and a fuel supply unit(27). The cylinder unit is equipped on the outside of the burner housing and the flame unit controls the length loaded and unloaded to the burner housing.
