The plate (44) has magnetic fixing units for fixing the plate on a side (32) of a drive pulley (22), where the magnetic fixing units are placed in an inner side of the plate, and are molded on the plate. One of the magnetic fixing units includes a permanent magnet (34) that is placed in a central portion connecting with a rotation axis (38) of the drive pulley, where the magnet is axially polarized. The other magnetic fixing units includes another permanent magnet (36) placed on a circumferential portion connecting with a portion of an annular surface (42) of the drive pulley.
