PURPOSE: A descaler inspecting device and a descaler inspecting method are provided to measure the performance of upper and lower descalers by using a pressure sensor, thereby obtaining efficient facilities. CONSTITUTION: A descaler inspecting device(300) comprises a board(310), a pressure sensor(320), and a protective plate(330). The board is formed into a panel shape. The pressure sensor senses the pressure actuated on the board. The pressure sensor is formed into a film shape. The protective plate is fixed to the board while covering the pressure sensor. The protective plate is flexible, thereby being bent by the jetting pressure of fluid jetted by the descaler.
