PURPOSE: A pipe transfer vehicle is provided to load a large pipe on a load chamber with an installed lift. CONSTITUTION: A pipe transfer vehicle(100) comprises an L-shaped frame(120), a shaft, an L-shaped fork(130), and a second motor. The L-shaped frame is located on both sides of the load chamber of the vehicle and comprises a bottom unit(127) corresponding to the bottom of the load chamber and a column unit(127) corresponding to a side wall of a cab. The shaft is connected to the column unit of the frame and vertically moves a fork by being vertically moved along the column unit of the frame due to the driving of the first motor. The L-shaped fork is located between the frames located on both sides of the load chamber and is inserted into a large pipe(1). A second motor moves the frame to the front and rear in a longitudinal direction of the load chamber.
