<p>An elastomeric body (1) suitable for anti-vibration and suspension is disclosed. The elastic body (1) comprises at least one layer of an elastic and flexible fire retardant coating (4, 5, 6) covering at least a portion of the body (1). The at least one layer of fire retardant coating (4, 5, 6) comprises a fire retardant substance and an elastic binder material. The at least one layer of coating (4, 5, 6) has an elasticity greater than 20%.</p> |
