SLUDGE TREATMENT SYSTEM TO ADJUST THE MEDICATION DOSAGE DEPENDING ON THE CONCENTRATION OF THE SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A sludge treatment system is provided to reduce the amount of used cohesion medicines, and to reduce incineration costs by lowering the water content of dehydrated sludge, thereby eventually reducing an amount of sludge buried. CONSTITUTION: A sludge treatment system comprises a sludge equalization basin(120), a measurement tub(150), an MLSS(Mixed Liquor Suspended Solid) sensor(180), a rapid reactor(240), and an integrated control panel(220). A first agitator(110) which agitates sludge flowed in for the first time is installed in the sludge equalization basin. A second agitator(170), which agitates the sludge agitated in the previous step and dilution water flows from a dilution water tank for the second time, is installed in the measurement tub. The MLSS sensor measures an MLSS concentration in the sludge which is agitated twice. A third agitator(230), which agitates the sludge agitated for the first time by supplying chemicals, is installed in the rapid reactor. A chemical injection controller, which controls the injected amount of chemicals added into the rapid reactor by the concentration of MLSS measured above, is installed in the integrated control panel.
