PURPOSE: A mounting bracket for a lighting device is provided to be easily separated by hanging one side and connecting the other side with a screw. CONSTITUTION: A fixing hole(720) fixes a mounting bracket to the ceiling. A first fixing part(740) is formed on one side of a body. The first fixing part is equipped with a holding portion in the end part. A second fixing part(750) is formed on the other side of the body. The second fixing part includes a hook portion.
