PURPOSE: A sensing circuit using nanotransistors is provided to reduce a signal-to-noise ratio and to improve sensing efficiency as a level of outputting signals is increased by adding each output signal of the nanotransistors after connecting the same in a row. CONSTITUTION: A sensing circuit using nanotransistors comprises first nanotransistors(100a,100b), a first adder(200a), second nanotransistors(110a,110b), a second adder, and an error detector(300). The first nanotransistors are connected in a row. The first adder receives each output signal of the first nanotransistors. The second nanotransistors are connected in a row. The second adder receives each output signal of the second nanotransistors. The error detector receives each output signal of the first and second adders, thereby obtaining the existence of a different output.
