PURPOSE: A metal nanocatalyst for fuel cells is provided to prevent ignition by not using an organic solvent, to exclude solvent collecting and washing, and to provide a high efficiency catalyst in a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal nanocatalyst for fuel cells comprises: a step of manufacturing carbon black slurry by mixing 1.0-1.5 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.5-1.0 parts by weight of polymer electrolyte, and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of surfactant based on 100.0 parts by weight of distilled water; a step of forming a microporous layer by coating and drying the obtained carbon black slurry on a gas diffusion layer; and a step of injecting a metal precursor to a reactor, injecting the gas diffusion layer with the microporous layer, and maintaining the state at 170-200 vacuum condition for 5 minutes-1 hour.
