<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a solar cell module are provided to prevent the recombination of photo generation carriers by extending a depletion layer, and to promote the generation of the photo generation carriers. CONSTITUTION: A P-type oxide electrode(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). The P-type oxide electrode includes a P-type doped zinc oxide. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the P-type oxide electrode. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer(600) is formed on the buffer layer.</p> |
