PURPOSE: A silicon acrylate hybrid composition is provided to have excellent storage stability, to not prevent phase separation, and to have effective adhesion to a substrate with a wide surface energy range. CONSTITUTION: A silicon acrylate hybrid composition comprises a silicon-containing pressure sensitive adhesive composition, an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and a reaction product of an initiator. The silicon-containing pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises an acrylate or methacrylate functional group, silicon resin, silicon polymer, and a condensation reaction product of a silicon-containing capping agent which provides the acrylate or methacrylate functional group. A percutaneous drug delivery system comprises an activator for a percutaneous drug delivery system in regards to a substrate; and a silicon acrylate hybrid composition to maintain contact with the substrate. |
