PURPOSE: A coating separator film for secondary batteries is provided to have low heat shrinkage ratio and excellent thermal stability, thereby providing a secondary battery with high power and high stability. CONSTITUTION: A coating separator film for secondary batteries is in which an organic and inorganic composite coating layer is spread on one side or both sides of a polyolefin-based porous base film. The organic and inorganic composite coating layer comprises 100.0 parts by weight of cellulose-based resin; 1-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl fluoride-based resin; 1,000-6,000 parts by weight of inorganic filler; and 1-10 parts by weight of dispersant. The base film includes 100.0 parts by weight of polyethylene resin with a weight average molecular weight of 300,000-500,000, and a polypropylene resin with a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-400,000.
