PURPOSE: A bicycle parking device is provided to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of damaged bicycle parking units. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle parking device(100) comprises bicycle packing units(300), bases(200,200'), and a connection unit. Each base has multiple mounting parts(210) to mount the bicycle parking units. The connection unit electrically and mechanically connects the bases. Multiple coupling holes(211) are formed on the bases so that the bicycle parking units can be installed in the mounting parts. The connection unit comprises first connection parts(410) and second connection parts(420). The first connection parts are installed on both sides of the bases to mechanically connect the bases to each other.
