The device (1) has a hollow tubular body (11) comprising a protection end (12). The protection end forms a crossing hole (121), and an inlet joint (13) forms an inlet opening that extends outside the tubular body. A push block (14) is connected to a plate (15) in the shape of a band. The plate is allowed to receive an end extending beyond the crossing hole from the protection end. The tubular body receives an elastic element (16) i.e. spring, between the protection end and the push block. A measurement bar is arranged corresponding to a trajectory of displacement of the plate.
