PURPOSE: A conductive paste for forming a conductive pattern of an electron device electrode is provided to form a pattern with excellent electric performance without a high temperature process. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste consists of a mixture which contains a carboxy group-containing resin, conductive particle, polyalcohol compound as a crosslinking agent, and organic solvent. The concentration of the conductive paste has 50-1000 dPa·s at 25°C, measured by a cone plate type viscometer. The tag value which means dynamic viscosity is 5-35. The conducting paste additionally includes a metal dispersant, a thixotropic tackifier, a foaming agent, a leveling agent, a diluent, a plasticizer, an antioxidant, a metal deactivator, a coupling agent, or a filler.
