PURPOSE: A device for sealing an organic light emission diode and testing touch surface is provided to inspect the defect of the touch face and sealing and to operate a laser and a line fiber at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A laser control block(100) scans the defect of the sealing of an organic light emitting diode(D). A line fiber block(200) inspects the touch surface of the organic light emitting diode. A beam splitter(300) irradiates a laser beam on a horizontal line. A detection unit(500) detects the defect of a touch surface and the sealing by using the laser beam and a line beam. A reading unit checks the defect of the sealing emitting diode and the touch surface of the organic light by using a line image detected by the detection unit.
