PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to improve the reliability of the semiconductor device by improving array structures of a bit line sense amplifier and a sub word line driver. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bit line sense amplifiers(410) is connected to a plurality of bit lines which is respectively arranged on a plurality of memory chips, and enables a bit line of the activated memory chips among the plurality of the bit lines. A plurality of sub word line drivers(420) is connected to a plurality of word lines which is respectively arranged on the plurality of the memory chips, and enables a word line of the activated memory chips among the plurality of the word lines. |
