PURPOSE: A torch cutting device is provided to minimize the cutting time of a casting slab and to guide a cutting torch to a position adjacent to the casting slab regardless of the size of the casting slab by guiding the cutting torch to the position adjacent to the casting slab along a clamp when the casing slab is clamped. CONSTITUTION: A torch cutting device comprises a clamp(120), a cutting torch(130), and a movable jig(140). The clamp has a pair of clamp arms(122a,122b) for clamping one end of a continuous casting slab. The cutting torch cuts the clamped continuous casting slab. The movable jig is mounted on one side of the clamp to move the cutting torch to the continuous casting slab when the continuous casting slab is clamped.
