ROLL FORMING METHOD AND FORMED BEAM PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A roll forming method and a formed beam produced by using the same is provided to roll-form an inner cross section of a radius curvature direction into an incurved surface primarily, thereby preventing a binding phenomenon generated in a curvature forming process by using the incurved surface. CONSTITUTION: A roll forming method comprises the following steps: a roll forming step of primarily forming an incurved surface(I) by successively bending one surface of a formed beam(30) in order to have a closed cross section by using a multistage roller former; and a bending step of curvature-forming the formed beam at multiple stages by arranging the incurved surface of the formed beam to an inner side of a radius curvature direction.
