PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring fuel and raw materials is provided to facilitate the removal of dropped ores by preventing the freezing of the ores dropped to the lower part of a belt conveyor because a case part is heated by a heater member. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for transferring fuel and raw materials comprises a main roller(14), a heater member(20), and a case part(24). The main roller supports the lower part of a belt(12). The heater member is installed under the main roller, and is operated by receiving power to generate heat. The case part is positioned in the outside of the heater member, and transfers the heat of the heating member to the outside.
