The retention unit includes a plate (12) that is placed in front of the external face of the radiator. An inner face (8) of the radiator borders a combustion chamber (2). An interstitial space is placed between the plate and the external face and partially filled with heat-resisting materials. Fixing units (17) attach the plate on the radiator by any of fitment, screwing and passive support.
