The skirt (3) has a folding unit (19) for folding a skin (5) from a rest configuration to a deployed configuration or vice-versa. The skirt exhibits greater height in the deployed configuration than in the rest configuration of the skin such that the skin opposes airflow entering under a vehicle during circulation of air. The skin comprises a fixed part (11), a moving part (7) and a flexible zone (9) that connects the fixed part and the moving part such that folding of the skin is done by deformation of the flexible zone. The folding unit comprises a motorized hinge (17). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
