<p>The device has a removable front part comprising an upper face printed by illustrations. A lower face of the front part comprises a flexible magnet whose ends are provided with male press buttons. Another flexible magnet (5) is arranged on a shoe, and female press buttons (6) are arranged at ends of the latter magnet. The removable front part forms an integral part of the shoe when the removable front part is assembled with the shoe using the magnets and the press buttons.</p>
