PURPOSE: An apparatus for pressing waste is provided to collect the waste into the minimum volume by pressing the waste of meter-rate waste bags. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pressing waste comprises a pressing device(2), support bars(3), bricks(4), elastic members(7), blades(5), controllers(6), and side grooves(8). The pressing device is formed inside a waste container to press the waste. When the pressing device is pressed, the support bars are disconnected. The bricks are formed between the waste container and a body. The blades move down to press the waste. The controllers control the pressing of the waste in various angles. The side grooves control pressing height.
