PURPOSE: A railroad converting apparatus which enables an output compensation of a cylinder according to a load change is provided to efficiently change a railroad by identically maintaining a flow quantity which is provided to a rod cylinder through multiple flow quantity distribution members. CONSTITUTION: A direction control valve(20) controls a flowing direction of working fluid. First and second fluid quantity distribution members(30,40) are respectively supplied with the working fluid which passes through the direction control valve. A large quantity rod cylinder(50) is arranged in parallel. A rod(51) of the quantity rod cylinder is respectively connected to the first and second fluid quantity distribution members.
