PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce component damage due to static electricity of high voltage by rapidly discharging current in the inflow of the static electricity. CONSTITUTION: In case a static electricity of relatively low voltage level flows in, a static electricity prevention circuit(20) discharges a static electricity by turning on only a fifth TFT[Thin Film Transistor] among fifth to seventh TFTs[Thin Film Transistors](T5-T7). In case a static electricity of relatively middle voltage level flows in, the static electricity prevention circuit discharges a static electricity by turning on only a fifth TFT and a sixth TFT. In case a static electricity of relatively high voltage level flows in, the static electricity prevention circuit discharges a static electricity by turning on all of the fifth to seventh TFTs. |
