PURPOSE: A continuously variable transmission with a motor is provided to improve the life of a battery and a driving distance by reducing the power consumption due to gear shifting. CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable transmission comprises a driving shaft(200), a motor(300), a transmission unit(400), and a transmission lever(500). The driving shaft transfers power from the outside. The motor independently transfers power regardless of the driving shaft. The transmission unit interlocks with the driving shaft and the motor to shift the power. The shifted power is transferred to the outside. The transmission lever controls the transmission ratio of the transmission unit.
