PURPOSE: A heterogeneous binary performance device and method are provided to operate execution binary in different systems without modification. CONSTITUTION: An extraction unit(510) extracts a section, and a binary performance start point is set from a header of a binary format which is provided in an OS(Operating System). A start point change unit(520) changes the binary performance start point into a dynamic binary conversion engine.
