PURPOSE: A laminated rotor core and a motor including the same are provided to arrange a banding unit in a cooling fan for gripping the boundary of a magnet insertion hole, thereby preventing a pocket portion from being damaged due to the mass of a magnet. CONSTITUTION: A laminated rotor core(30) is rotatably installed in a space portion in the center of a stator. A shaft(40) is press-fitted in a shaft hole which is formed at the center of the laminated rotor core. A cooling fan(50) discharges heat which is generated in a coil wound around the stator. The cooling fan includes a banding unit(51) that grips the side portion of the laminated rotor core. An embossed reinforcing unit(100) is protruded at a position that is adjacent to the outer periphery of a rotor core plate.
