NEUTRACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE EXTRACT OF HEAT-PROCESSED PANAX GINSENG SHOWING SKIN ANTI-AGING ACTIVITY

摘要

PURPOSE: Health promoting food which contains processed ginseng extract as an active ingredient is provided to prevent and improve skin aging disease. CONSTITUTION: Health promoting food comprises processed Panax species plant extract as an active ingredient that increases medicinal properties to higher sum of ginsenoside Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 than sum of ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, Rc, and Rd. Panax speices plant is a plant that artificially manufactured Panax ginseng, Panax quinquefolia, Panax notoginseng, Panax vietnamensis, Panax japonicas, Panax elegatior, Panax wangianus, Panax bipinnatifidus, and Panax pseudoginseng. Panax species plant is processed ginseng which let rate of ginsenoside (Rg3+Rg5) / (Rc+Rd+Rb1+Rb2) to be more than 1.0 by heating ginseng 120 to 180°C for 0.5 to 20 hours to increase medicinal properties. Health functional food is powder, granule, refinement, capsule or drink.
