PURPOSE: An automatic producing method of fermented tea is provided to automate processes for producing the fermented tea including withering, fixating, rolling, fermenting, and drying. CONSTITUTION: An automatic producing method of fermented tea comprises the following steps: sun-withering tea leaves for an hour, and firstly settling the tea leaves indoor for an hour(S200-b,S200-c); inserting the tea leaves into a fermenter using a distributing conveyor, and rotating the fermenter for 3 minutes(S200-d); secondly settling the tea leaves for 1.5 hours, and rotating the fermenter for 5 minutes(S200-e,S200-f); thirdly settling the tea leaves for 2 hours, and rotating the fermenter for 23 minutes(S200-g,S200-h); fourthly settling the tea leaves for 2 hours, and rotating the fermenter for 20 minutes(S200-i,S200-j); fifthly settling the tea leaves for 2 hours, and rotating the fermenter for 10 minutes(S200-k,S200-l); sixthly settling the tea leaves for 2 hours, and heating the tea leaves for 3 minutes at 280-300 deg C(S200-m,S200-n); and rolling the heated tea leaves before drying the tea leaves at 130 deg C for 15 minutes(S200-o,S200-p). |
