PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to have a complex EVA layer which is formed on a front electrode layer and absorbs external impact. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is arranged in the upper surface of a support substrate(100). A light absorption layer(300) is arranged in the upper surface of the back electrode layer. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged in the upper surface of the light absorption layer. A first composite EVA layer(700) is arranged in the upper surface of the front electrode layer. The content of VA(Vinyl Acetate) in the edge area of the first composite EVA layer is greater than that of the inner area. |
